1. About CertMart Investors

CertMart Investors is a business information and research platform operated as part of CertMart. It provides information about investors, venture capital firms, grants, accelerators, funding programmes and other potential sources of business funding.

2. Information and Listings Only

Information on CertMart Investors is provided for general informational, research and business-development purposes. The inclusion of any investor, organisation, grant, accelerator or funding programme does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, offer, invitation or guarantee of funding or investment.

3. No Investment, Financial or Professional Advice

CertMart Investors is an information and database platform. It is not a bank, investment fund, venture capital firm, financial adviser, investment adviser, broker or investment manager merely because it provides information about third-party organisations.

Nothing on CertMart Investors should be treated as financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice.

4. No Guarantee of Funding

CertMart Investors does not guarantee that a user will receive investment, grants, loans, financing, admission into an accelerator, partnership or any other benefit from an organisation listed on the platform. A listing does not mean that an organisation is currently accepting applications or actively seeking investment.

5. Accuracy and Availability of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and relevant information. However, third-party information may change without notice. Contact details, websites, investment interests, funding stages, funding amounts, eligibility requirements and application procedures may become outdated, inaccurate or unavailable.

CertMart Investors does not guarantee that every record is complete, current or error-free.

6. User Due Diligence

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before contacting, applying to, investing with, transferring money to or entering into any agreement with an organisation discovered through CertMart Investors.

7. Third-Party Organisations and Websites

CertMart Investors does not own, control or operate the investors, venture capital firms, grant providers, accelerators or funding organisations listed on the platform.

We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, representations, communications, services, funding decisions or business practices of third parties. External links, application portals and email addresses are provided for convenience and may be subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policies and availability.

8. Fraud, Scams and Confidential Information

Users should independently verify organisations and contacts before sending money, confidential information, identity documents, banking information or other sensitive information.

Users should exercise caution when sharing business plans, intellectual property, financial records, passwords or other confidential materials. A listing does not create a confidential, fiduciary or professional relationship between CertMart and the listed organisation.

9. Paid Database Access

Where paid database access is provided, payment provides access to the records and services included in the selected package. Payment is not payment for an investment, funding, introduction or guaranteed outcome.

10. Changes and Removal of Listings

CertMart reserves the right to update, correct, modify, suspend or remove any listing, record, feature or service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CertMart, its affiliates, officers, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on database information, dealings with third parties, failure to obtain funding, third-party fraud, or the use of external websites or services.

12. Acceptance

By accessing or using CertMart Investors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Disclaimer.
